I started my career with a background in writing and communications, but became interested in developing my technical skills, allowing me to better contribute to projects, especially in the solution space. Through my time in the MBA/MA in Design Leadership program, I developed better marketing strategies, consumer insights, financial forecasting, and operations management abilities. Perhaps most significantly, I discovered human-centered design.

In addition to the projects I have listed above, I have outlined the process in my own words, with examples from various projects to further elucidate my learning experiences.
